In this project, I served as Project Manager for Adidas’ 6-Month Buying Plan, where I conducted extensive research on the brand’s positioning, competitors, and evolving footwear trends to guide strategic decisions. I analyzed consumer behavior and social media engagement to uncover key insights into customer preferences, which informed both product selection and marketing opportunities. Drawing on this research, I led the creation of a comprehensive corporate strategy and developed a tailored assortment plan specifically for Adidas’ NYC flagship store, ensuring alignment with brand objectives while responding to emerging market demands.
